Access to WeRedd’s Site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend some or all of the services we provide on the Website without any notice. WeRedd reserves the right to immediately terminate your use if decides at its sole discretion that you have breached those Terms and Conditions or any relevant law, rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that WeRedd considers being inappropriate or unacceptable.

You may not use any method that could prevent any person from using this Site. Accessing or attempting to access any private communication, document, data or other material without WeRedd’s express prior written consent, is prohibited.

WeRedd may post, from time to time, employment opportunities on the Site and/or invite users to submit resumes to it. WeRedd processes those Personal Data provided by you to us, in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall WeRedd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, data or other intangible losses (even if WeRedd has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Site; or (v) any other matter relating to the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

 

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

 

Resolution of Disputes:

In the event a dispute arises between you and WeRedd, regarding the Site and its contents, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and WeRedd agree that any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises shall be resolved, in accordance with the provisions below or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties. Before resorting to formal proceedings, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution and we will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation as an alternative to litigation.

 

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site and supersede and replace any prior agreements we may have between us regarding the Site.

 

Changes:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
